"Where is the studio located?"
We don't have a 'studio' anymore- instead we are following the trend in the paint-n-sip industry by traveling to bring our creative experiences to U! We work with your schedule. We support other local businesses by bringing in customers. It's WIN WIN! We cover all of Wisconsin. There is an 8 person minimum for participation within 40 miles of Wausau WI. The minimum number needed to host an event increases with distance from Wausau WI. (+2 participants for every +10 miles beyond the 40 mile radius of Wausau WI. EXAMPLE: A party in Appleton is approximately 90 miles from Wausau. The minimum required would be 18 participants.)

"How do I sign up for a public event?"
Click the 'Upcoming Events' tab on our website to see public events. Simply sign up for your seat online and show up ready to party! No minimum needed- just select how many seats you want and pay.
Please note that public classes with less than 2 painters may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
Pre-Registration and payment is required of all public classes via credit card online. If you are unable to do that please contact us directly (715) 942-7374 [email protected] BEFORE SIGNING UP ONLINE well in advance as you will be required to mail in a check. No spots are held without pre-payment.

"What is your Cancellation Policy?"
Cancellation Policy for Public Events: You must contact us via phone or email no less than 48 hours in advance. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given for no-shows or class cancellations less than 48 hours before the class starts. No exceptions. We are an event based business - our cancellation policy is similar to that of a concert or performance center- they would not refund your ticket if you couldn't attend. We will, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy for Private Parties: When booking your party, we need a credit card number on file to hold your reservation. You are charged for 3 participants at the time of booking. If you cancel your party (via email or phone call,) this charge will remain as a credit on your account for 1 year. We turn other parties down once we book yours.

"Where can I host a party?"
Anywhere with tables, chairs and access to electricity and water!...we've partied at campgrounds, restaurants, bars even zoos and movie theatres! Your own dining room table or basement rec room is a great option too! Give us a call and we can suggest some local venues that we've partnered with as well!

"How do I choose the activity I want for my party?"
Check with us first to be sure your desired date is available by calling (715) 942-7374 or emailing [email protected]. Once you've called and given us a credit card number to pre-pay for 3 guests in order to hold your reservation, you can view the GALLERY tab on our website to see available artwork, or view the Book a Party tab to decide on your type of event! Briana will instruct one painting to the entire group- however you are all individually welcome to 'make it your own' and be creative! Word Stencil Signs on wood are allowed 3 options per party. Larger size wood and personalized name, address or date requests available for an additional cost.
"If I host a Private Event, and less guests arrive, what happens?"
Regardless of attendance you are still required to pay for the 'minimum' number of participants depending on where you live in Wisconsin. (+2 participants for every +10 miles beyond the 40 mile radius of Wausau WI. EXAMPLE: A party in Appleton is approximately 90 miles from Wausau. The minimum required would be 18 participants.) Having your guests pre-pay you, is a great way to avoid last minute cancellations and back-outs. "I want to host a party, but don't have enough people..."
Contact an area bar/restaurant and see if they would be willing to host a Public Event! Restaurant owners love to bring in a crowd especially on a slow night of the week- let's support local businesses and get your party on! "I'm not an artist- there's no way I can do this!"
Yes you can! Creator Briana Ziebell-Glasel is an academically trained artist with over two decades of experience as a group-art instructor. Shes taught for 3 other nationally known paint-n-sip chains, worked as artistic director to create artwork that is still taught by these franchises across the country, and has 2 Bachelor degrees in Art- if anyone is gonna help you create some art while having a heck of a good time it's Briana!

"Is it messy?"
That really depends on how wild U are- We keep the 'mess factor' to a minimum and have never had a bad paint incident, (*knocks on wood!) however we cannot control U or your guests! We provide aprons, and plastic table covers just in case. Acrylic paint easily comes off of most hard surfaces so we always recommend a non-carpeted room. Good news, acrylic paint washes off hands easily and will come out of most fabrics if it is still wet and washed immediately. Once it dries on your clothes or couch, it will be permanent. Basically, DO NOT WEAR SOMETHING YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK GETTING PAINT ON. Maybe you will like your shirt better with a splash of orange? Sign that shirt and call it art! Bottom line, you paint at your own risk and U Paint & Party will not be held liable for any damages associated with hosting a paint party...okay, serious stuff over... now let's have some fun!
